DEVELOPMENT OF ETHNOMATHEMATICS-BASED MATHEMATICS LEARNING MEDIA USING INSHOT APPLICATIONS FOR PLANE FIGURES IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

This study aims to determine product quality in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. In developing this learning media, the ADDIE model was utilized, consisting of 5 stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and student learning outcomes tests were used as research instruments. The results show that the development of ethnomathematics-based mathematics learning media using inshot applications obtained validity with an average of 84% with the criteria of "very valid", the practicality of the student response questionnaire with an average of 84% with the criteria of "very practical", and the effectiveness of the results learning test obtained an average of 89% with the criteria of "effective". Based on the results of this research on the development of ethnomathematics-based learning media inshot application on rectangular and triangular shapes for class VIII SMPS YKPP Sungai Pakning, it can be concluded that learning media is feasible to use and has been tested for validity, practicality, and effectiveness.
